We recommend using them after a shower, when your skin is exfoliated and dry. Do not apply any moisturize, because the product won´t work if there is a barrier on the skin. Once you have done this, throw away the towelette and wash your hands with soap and water. After 2-3 hours you will start noticing the tan on your body. It may last between 4 or 5 days depending on your activity. You can apply a new towelette after that period of time.
